Earning-possibility 1: Recommend the presented products

• For every product you know someone who is interested in the product or who knows someone for whom the product matches – use your networks!
• Consider for whom the product could be possible: in your family, your circle of friends, your business enviroment, your acquaintances or your hobby environment.
• Memorize the details of the product you can tell the possible buyer.
• Consider the advantages for the possible buyer (e.g. your friend) and name them to him.
• Offer the potential buyer a part of your commission (e.g. commission 1000€ - you offer him 500€).
• When you recommended someone, keep up with him – ask for the current buying decision.
• Inform us immediately about the sale so you get your money as fast as possible.

What is Casulu?

Casulu is a sales- and commission networking-platform for high-priced and/or high-margin products and services. The Casulu concept is new, innovative, different, unique and for the benefit of all participants.

Depending on how enthusiastically you engage in our concept and how active you are, you have the possibility of earning a nice additional income up to a huge commission-based income.

By using the opportunity of recruiting friends in your social networks, you do not only expand the number of your business acquaintances, but also get to know nice people.

Who can paticipate on Casulu?

Principally everybody who wants to earn money can participate on Casulu.

Only if you are not yet legally allowed to sign contracts (in Germany this is usually not until the age of 18 years) and aged 12 year or older you have to send us a declaration of consent from your legal guardian to register.

How can I earn money on Casulu?

You can earn money in 5 different ways on Casulu:

• You recommend a product or service to someone and when he buys it you get the corresponding commission (the commission varies according to the membership-status)
• You recruit new members and get a friendship-premium according to the status the new member registers in [link to the premiums]
• You earn money with the sales from the friends you recruited [link to the Casulu-pyramid]
• You get a premium when products are presented on Casulu through you [link to the product-premiums]
• You buy a high-priced product and Casulu negotiates a good commission for you (example?)

Are there any liabilities included in my registration?

When you register as a bronze-member you get a one-year membershipfor free. Only after one year you have to decide if you want to change into a fee-based membership or leave Casulu.

But because your profits will rise enormously by upgrading to a silver- or gold-membership, we recommend you to register in such a membership from the beginning

Apart from that there are no liabilities connected to your registration on Casulu.

How and when will I get my money?

The money for product-premiums, friendship-recruitment and sales-commissions as well as the income that is generated by the members you recruited will be transferred on your bank-account which you specified at your registration.

Depending on your membership-status you will get your money at a different speed:

• Bronze – 14 days till transfer max.
• Silver – 10 days till transfer max.
• Gold – 5 days till transfer max.

What does Casulu cost?

When registrating as a bronze-member the first year will be free for you (however your income as a free member will be much smaller compared to a silver- or gold-member). After one year you can decide wether to change into a fee-based membership or to leave Casulu. An upgrade of your membership –status is possible at any time.

The fees for the different memberships are the following and are valid for 12 months:

• Bronze – 4,92 €/month*
• Silver – 8,17 €/month*
• Gold – 14,09 €/month*

Why does Casulu cost money?

One part of the innovative concept of Casulu is to pay out the highest possible commissions to the members. Because we thereby just make a small up to no profit, we have to finance us for the most part via the member-fees.

But because the commissions we pay to the members are so high, we calculated a fee which is very small in comparison. So we created a fair concept for everyone involved.

Is Casulu reliable?

Furthermore we are reliable because:

• The fairness for members and sellers is our highest priority

How and where can I recruit new members?

There are many ways to find new friends for Casulu who want to earn money together with you.

Firstly you can, totally offline, invite people from your circle of friends or your family to Casulu.

Furthermore you can also bring all your friends and contacts from social networks like Facebook, Xing, Instagramm, LinkedIn etc. to Casulu.

Is Casulu a snowball system?

Casulu is a multilevel sales-concept, which is creating a recommendation-motivation for the members via a three-level incentive. As a result we generate no pseudo-returns and are also not dependent on the recruitment of new members who have to finance the already existing ones. We deal in real products and connect the concepts of networking and distribution.

A snowball system or pyramid scheme on the contrary is defined like this:

A pyramid scheme is a business model that recruits members via a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, rather than supplying investments or sale of products or services. As recruiting multiplies, recruiting becomes quickly impossible, and most members are unable to profit; as such, pyramid schemes are unsustainable and often illegal. Who are the people behind Casulu?

The company is directed by the founder and majority shareholder Mihai Lupascu, age 49 years, who has experience as a manager and in the m&a business through many successful transactions. Mr. Lupascu gathered a lot of knowledge in the past ten years concerning company-models, their evaluation and strategies and consults financial investors, company owners as well as new founders. In 2006 Mr. Lupascu already took part in the „GründerCup“ (founders cup) with his company „sales’s fun“ and won the special award. Mr. Lupascu holds a degree as a certified political economist and has over 34 years experience in the sales business.

How can I resign my membership?

If you decide that you don´t want to use Casulu anymore and to stop earning money, you can resign your membership anytime to the end of your running contribution year. To do this, please send us the following form via mail: member@casulu.com

What are the member-links?

Your member-links are links which are generated by the Casulu-system, so you can earn more as a member.

They serve the faster recruitment of members or companies or their products.

There is one link for recruiting new members and one for the recommendation of companies or their products.

Via the link members who were recruited by you and companies can clearly be assigned to your account and the corresponding commissions ascribed to you.

Where do I find the member-link?

Once you registered and logged in you can find your member-link either on the right side in the grey account-box under „Recommend member“ and/or „Recommend product“ or you can generate a link via the page „I recommend“. In any case your member-link will be copied to your clipboard and you can insert it in any desired document.

How does the member-link work?

Once you recruit people online and they click on your member-link, they will be redirected to the Casulu Homepage.

When they registered with the relevant details, Casulu will add them to your recruited members and they are a part of your Casulu-pyramid that additionally earns for you.

Furthermore you get a commission if they register in a fee-based membership.

So the commission for the recruitment of new members will be transferred to your Casulu-account.

How do I use the member-link?

For member recruitment:

Ideally you contact all your friends and relatives and those in the social networks you are registered in to invite them to Casulu and give them the opportunity to earn good money.

When you are contacting your friends on Facebook, Whatsapp, Xing, LinkedIn or Twitter you insert your member-link so your friends can register via the link on Casulu.

If you don´t insert the link, the people later can´t be ascribed to you and you won´t get the corresponding commission. See also our Tutorials and Text-examples for member-recruitment.

For the recruitment of products and companies:

Here, too, you contact the company and send them your member-link. As mentioned above you can do this by inserting your member-link into a text or via the form found under „I recommend“ in your member section.

How do I register as an adolescent (age 12-17 years) on Casulu?

Before you start the registration process online, please download the “Declaration of consent” you can find in “Member information”. Print it out and let it sign by your parents. Scan the signed declaration as a PDF document. Now you can register and upload the signed PDF document (you will be asked to this). The signed declaration will be verified by Casulu and you will then have the opportunity to get started to gain money through networking on Casulu.
